We have become a part of an outreach program for digitally linked neighborhood watch called NextDoor. With this you and your neighbors can look out for each other to catch criminals and prevent break-ins.
Friendly salesman approached me at home and was very professional, office staff confirmed details of service offered by salesman and was proactive in ensuring I was comfortable with everything going on. Technician was installing the next business day and was very professional and knowledgeable of the equipment and service available. I read previous reviews prior to install and it seems many people were not happy with items listed in there signed agreement or the sales tactics at initial contact. I recommend Royal Security if looking for a good home security system that preforms beyond exception. The system and hardware work like it's supposed to and I haven't had any issues. Also, the installation went great! the installer took his time to make sure it was all done right and while in my home he was very polite and respectful.

I am very pleased with the persistence of Royal Security in helping me with a problem with my video camera. I left a message via email regarding the issue and Royal kept calling and calling until I finally answered. The service rep then quickly and efficiently solved my problem. I also decided to add am alarm panel to our back entry and was surprised at how reasonable the cost s is. We are very pleased with Royal Security.

I really appreciated the customer service I received from Royal security. They were very patient and cooperative, and really went out of their way to try and answer our questions. They offered to send someone out to our house to provide a live demonstration of the products and I was very happy with the service!

System is pretty cool. I have a camera overlooking the front and the skybell to watch and give me a heads up whoever approached the front door. They made setting up easy. Someone came out to do the set up and give you a tutorial on how to work the system.
Reps are knowledgeable, my favorite is Jessica.

I got broken in twice in one year, I call Royal security great customers services explain everything details. Put alarm systems directly to call center, which it will call the police within minutes if no respond from you. Feeling safe already installed cameras which I can see my house while I'm away set my outside light while I'm away set my thermos in these cold days. I can actually go to work feeling safe my alarm went off they immediately call us right away. I can actually go to work feeling good my home is safe. Makes my life more easier thank you Royal security. Always answer any question or very helpful when needed . Would recommend this company 5 stars

Best prices and service. Thank you to Jessica for sending a technician out the same day and fixing my camera and my apps on my phone on my new phone. I called at 2:30 and i had soemone at my home within an hour for service free of charge. I strongly recommend Royal security for your home.

I’ve had experience with other security companies here in Fresno but going through Royal for my home security needs has been the best. I was given thorough information and wasn’t pushed into signing right off the bat. The guy who installed our system was on time and did a great job making sure no wires were showing and not to mess up the walls as well. Royal to me is up to speed with their technology in security because I can open my garage with my phone if my keys aren’t too handy and look into my home to see what is going on when I’m not home from their phone app. I enjoy using local companies and Royal has not disappointed me with their equipment or their office staff. The office staff is very accommodating and has answered my questions when needed. I have and would again recommend them to people looking to secure their homes!

I have nothing but praise for this company. I was looking for a home security system and found exactly what I was looking for with Royal Security. I can now use my phone to open my garage door, change the temperature on my thermostat, and view my house through my multiple security cameras. All for far less than what Comcast wanted to charge me for less options. Everything was installed within 24 hours of me signing my paperwork. I give my utmost thanks to Royal Security for making me and my family feel safe.

Very professional company! I called in and spoke with Jessica, she was very helpful and resolved my issue in a timely manner with no problems at all. They seem very caring and genuine. I've had my system for almost 2 years and have no complaints. Rick K is the sales rep who was very persistent ( glad he was) and won my business, I almost went with ADT. So glad I didn't. Every door and window in my house has a sensor on it. It is a peace of mind to be able to leave town or to just sleep easy, knowing my house is secure. I HIGHLY recommend Royal Security to everyone reading this. I even convinced my mother to switch from ADT to Royal!! Keep up the good work guys and gals!!

We just recently acquired our security system with Royal Security and since the very first day they have been great!. I have had Royal Security for about a couple of years now. I have been very pleased with the service and I will recommend to anyone. The prices are reasonable and their technicians are very knowledgeable. I haven’t had any major issues with the alarm itself only a minor fixing with my camera app. I called Jessica and she was quick to resolve my issue and set up for a tech to come out and fix this for me the next day! I am pleased with my service and I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Royal security has been serving my home for two years. During this period my experience with them has been great. Whenever I have a question regarding my service or troubleshooting with my security cameras they are very helpful and easy to follow. I have had two incidents in which the police needed to be called out to my home and thanks to royal security the police managed to arrive in timely manner. I am able to have some peace of mind knowing that royal security does an outstanding job in keeping my home safe even when I am not there.

The customer service is top notch. When I call my questions and concerns are addressed readily. If needed, Jessica the manager would personally call me to further assist. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I was very concerned about how my security sytem can work better for my needs, Ryan, one of the technician patiently listened and educated me on the different devices and usage. I am looking forward to the next home visit to learn more about the security app and other security options/devices available to protect my family.

I have been a Royal Security customer for the last 3-4 years and I have never had an issue. My family and I just recently moved to a new location and was dreading everything that comes with a move. We have been with Royal Security for 2 years now with no problems at all. They installed several window and door monitors on my large home all for an excellent cost. Our outdoor camera is fantastic and led to the arrest of a man breaking in cars in our neighborhood. A clear picture was given to the police to help with the arrest. A quick thank you to Jessica for being helpful with any question I have and with helping get another outdoor camera. I would recommend this company to anyone that hates speaking to a machine when they have questions.

We have used Royal Security since 2013. The price is reasonable (we had ADT prior) and the equipment is great. The customer service has been one of the biggest positives with Royal Security. They respond quickly and thoroughly to any concerns or service needs. The monitoring is great as well and my only complaint is that Royal seems to be a 3rd party for the company doing the monitoring so there have been some minor but annoying communication issues there. However the monitoring company is also great. I have moved this system twice and Royal has handled it well each time. They also offer incentives at reasonable rates or free depending on the promotion at the time.

Me and my husband have had Royal for 2 years and love it vivant tried to get us to switch about a year after we got royal and we fell for it immediately within 24hrs we went back to royal they have the best customer service and its all local no 1-800 numbers anytime we have had a question we call and get an immediate response the cameras are the best quality you can ask for we have actually handed over footage to cops to help aide in the arrest of men from a chop shop who stole our neighbors truck on Christmas Eve

Got my security system and cameras installed this week. I have to say I’m very satisfied with the quality of the cameras I got got my home. The staff in the office was very professional and nice and my techs who installed my equipment was very professional and did such a great job on my install.
I couldn’t have asked for a better security system! I highly recommend this security company and their products they use.

I called them yesterday 1/8/19 to let them know I was having issues with my Skybell. They verified some information and sent a tech out the very same day. It was a good customer service experience and that is why i'll continue to be a customer. They handled my issue promptly and accordingly.
